Our March Music Performers Club (Friday March 3) was a huge success and offered a slight change of performers this time with the inclusion of three drummers! It's always great to see different instruments perform at the club so if you would like to give it a go - just contact your teacher and sign up for our next MPC.
A special thanks to our teachers Adrian Goleby, Joe Power and Marnie Went for their contributions to a great evening. MPC is really a group effort and to be a success it needs teachers, students, parents and of course our hosts at Binary Music. Please note that due to Easter falling early in April - there will NO MPC in April. I look forward to seeing you there in May.
November 2011 saw the last Music Performers Club for the year. Students were able to perform to a large audiance with their teachers or solo and all had a really great experience and a load of fun! Our good friends at Binary Music were excellent hosts and we look forward to working closely with them in 2012. Please watch the video and if you would like to be a part of the fun - talk to your teacher! MPC runs all year on the first Friday of the month from 6.00pm to 7.00pm. You don't have to perform to come along. If you are a Learn Music student, a Binary Music customer or friends of either you are all welcome to come along and be a part of the audiance. Our next MPC performance will be on Friday March 2nd - see you there!
We have an exciting new competition running this year for Learn Music students. This is open to all Learn Music students and you can enter for either of the 2 catogories - Beginners or Open. Ask your teacher for all the details.
Music Performers Club is on track and ready to start up for 2012 with our next performance held on the Friday, March 2 at Binary Music Cleveland at 6.00pm. Students who are performing will need to be at Binary Music at 5.30pm to get ready. It's going to be an exciting night with the addition of a few drummers this time!
